How much does a project with Nexaval Salud cost?

It depends on the scope and duration of the service. After a free initial conversation, we send a specific proposal with scope, timelines and a concrete investment range tailored to your organization — every service is quoted individually, with no surprises or fine print.

Can I hire just one service, or do I have to hire everything?

Each service is independent. Most of our clients start with one and add services as needed. We don't force closed packages.

What's the typical duration of a project?

From 2 weeks (operational diagnosis) to 20 weeks (implementation of complex programs). Most projects last between 8 and 12 weeks.

Do you only work in Buenos Aires, or also in the rest of Latin America?

We operate remotely from Buenos Aires for all of Argentina and Latin America, with direct on-site work experience at healthcare institutions in Colombia. If a project would benefit from an in-person session, we evaluate that in the initial conversation.

Do you work with small clinics or practices, not just large institutions?

Yes. We work with practices, clinics, laboratories, hospitals, healthtech companies and pharmaceutical companies of different sizes. Every proposal is tailored to the organization's actual scale; we don't apply the same package to everyone.

What happens if the diagnosis shows we don't need additional services?

Perfect. The Operational Diagnosis is useful on its own, even if you decide not to move forward with any additional service. You leave with a clear map of prioritized opportunities, with no obligation to hire anything else.

How do you handle patient data privacy?

Regulatory compliance is built into the design of every project, not a final checklist. We work with personal and clinical data protection protocols in line with the regulations in force in each country where we operate, and we don't access identifiable patient data unless the project's scope explicitly requires it and under formal authorization. Do you sign confidentiality agreements?

Yes. Every project is carried out under a confidentiality agreement (NDA) when the client requires it.

What guarantee do you give on results?

Results depend on effective implementation by the client's team. Our commitment is to deliver professional-quality processes, materials and training, with support throughout implementation. The KPI ranges shown for each service are industry benchmarks, not contractual promises.
